Drop Shipment Information

Drop shipping is a convenient fullfillment service.  It allows customers to not worry about the hassle of stocking inventory and warehouse space.  We act as your warehouse.  To take part in this service, we need to have your resale certificate from your state on file with us.  Please fax this information to us at (269) 683-0937 or email us at sales@a1telecom.com

How It Works

1. Place your order either through our brand new website or call your sales rep to enter the order
2. Order is pulled, packed and shipped using your company information on the label
3. No invoice or other paperwork is sent with the order
4. Invoice is emailed directly to you showing tracking information and final total
5. Payment is due either by credit card or using your Net account(needs authorization)

Warranty

All of our products, unless otherwise noted, carry a 1 year warranty through A-1 Telecom.  During this period, if something happens to your customer's product, all you have to do is call or email us explaining the situation to get an RA(Return Authorization) number.  This number should be written on the outside of the shipping box.  Tell your customer to ship the item back to us and once we receive it, we will ship out a replacement.  The address to send back merchandise is 3030 S. 11th St. , Niles, MI 49120  If your customer does not want the product and has not opened it, they can send it directly to us and we will credit your account or credit card(depending on how you originally paid)  Opened items that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Extra Shipping Info

Due to the volume of products we carry, we can not give large amounts of shipping estimates on products to specific zip codes.  However, this can be done on our website.  You are responsible for checking with UPS or USPS to get an accurate quote.  Our website will not give you an exact amount due for shipping, only an estimate.  Total shipping amounts are calculated after products are packed.  

We pride ourselves on shipping all orders the same day.  In the rare case where this is not possible, your sales rep will contact you.
